These instructions are VERY important. You must read this carefully and follow the instructions exactly if you are to get the best results from your treatment and have minimum side effects.

PRE TREATMENT CARE

Do NOT sunbathe or use sun beds within a 30 day period prior to treatment.
Do NOT use Self Tanning Products within a 14 day period prior to treatment.
Do NOT use any glycolic or chemical peels on the treatment area for 30 days prior to treatment.
Do NOT have electrolysis within a 30 day period prior to the initial treatment and throughout the entire treatment period.
Do NOT wax within a 30 day period prior to the initial treatment and throughout the entire treatment period.
Do NOT pull our hair with tweezers within a 30 day period prior to the initial treatment and throughout the treatment period.
Do NOT thread the hairs within a 30 day period prior to the initial treatment and throughout the entire treatment period.
Do NOT bleach the hair within a 30 day period prior to the initial treatment and throughout the entire treatment period.
Do NOT shave within a 7 day period prior to your patch test. Be sure to shave the day before your scheduled treatment.
Do NOT apply gels, oils, deodorants or perfumes to the area to be treated.
You must inform us of any adverse reactions or side effects from previous treatments. Any change in your medical history (illnesses or operations). Any change in medication (including herbal and those bought over the counter).

We understand that sometimes, unexpected things crop up which mean you’re unable to attend your appointment. So if you can’t make it, please give us at least 24 hours notice so that we can give your slot to someone else. When less than 24 hours notice is given or if you miss your appointment altogether, we'll need to charge you 50 percent of the treatment cost to cover the time that’s been lost. Large secure car parking area is available once through the electric gates, these are operated via intercom, pre-booked appointments only. As our appointments are always in high demand, a £20 card deposit is required to secure your booking over the phone.
